Spacious and clean rooms with nice views. The casino has a cramped feeling during peak hours. Valet service was reliable.

The casino has a solid variety of games and live music that keeps the vibe fun. Would recommend for the entertainment, but cleanliness needs improvement.

The lobby smells amazing. The location is super convenient with easy access to downtown and the staff at the morning restaurant are friendly but overwhelmed.
No coffee makers or room service on weekdays.

The room had a great river view and was spacious, but the bedskirt was misaligned, and the toilet seat was quite dirty. Loved the big bathroom and the tub's size, perfect for two. Parking was easy, but there were frustrating issues with service; the front desk staff seemed disinterested, and finding coffee in the morning was a challenge. Dining was disappointing too—Jack Binion's steak was superb, but everything else, including the scallops and gummy potatoes, missed the mark. A mix of highlights and letdowns left me questioning if I'd return.

Clean rooms and nice pool, but staff seemed unhelpful and unfriendly.

The non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes, and the stained couch cushions looked like they'd never seen a cleaning. It just felt dirty, like no one bothered to care about the guests at all.

The Horseshoe Bossier Casino & Hotel boasts a convenient location, perfect for exploring the area. our stay was marred by issues like outdated rooms and poor cleanliness. Despite the vibrant casino atmosphere, more attention to guest comfort and service is necessary for a better experience.

This hotel had a great vibe. The room was spacious with a comfy king bed and awesome darkening curtains. Parking was easy, and the staff was super friendly. The casino had tons of fun slots. Just wish there was a coffee maker in the room and the pool water could’ve been clearer.

If you're looking for endless entertainment, our family enjoyed over 1,500 games, including a variety of slot machines from pennies to dollars, poker tables where you can challenge other players, and FREE concerts with amazing local bands at the Riverdome. The friendly staff even introduced us to new games!
My wife says that families with children should have more kid-friendly activities available.

The room was clean and refreshingly cool—definitely an improvement from previous stays. The large tub and thoughtful bathroom layout were pluses. no coffee in the room is a misstep. Coupled with outdated thermostats and limited outlets, it feels behind the times. The restaurant staff were excellent, yet the food left much to be desired. The strong smoke odors in hallways and lingering scents are a significant issue. You can hear nightlife into the night, disrupting sleep. Unexpected resort fees added to the bill, which felt excessive for the services offered. No shuttle service further limits convenience.

Ah, what a cozy stay we had! The food was delicious, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, being steps away from the lively casino added an exciting touch to our romantic getaway.
Some areas needed a little love. The outdated fixtures and lack of modern amenities left something to be desired.

This hotel is a great base for exploring Bossier City, with the Louisiana Boardwalk just about a 15-minute walk away, and fantastic eateries like 8oz Burger Bar and Four Winds right next door, making it easy to grab a bite without going far, while also enjoying the clean hotel that features a spacious room for comfort; however, a little more attention to room cleanliness would enhance the stay.

The view from the room was stunning, offering a romantic backdrop for our escape. The staff, especially Jammiccia at check-in and Estella at the gift shop, were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Additionally, the casino was vibrant and lively, with friendly employees like Aj, Sarah, and Michael making our experience enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the rooms was lacking, with dirty linens and plumbing problems. Moreover, the lack of management response to noise disturbances from unsupervised children running amok in the hotel was disappointing.

The snooker tables were top-notch, smooth and perfectly balanced for a good game. Staff was friendly and quick to help with cues and recommendations.
It wasn't the cheapest option around, but it was worth it.

The rooms were spacious and super comfy, making it perfect for family hangouts. I loved the clean, well-kept vibe of the place. The outdoor pool was a blast, and the food at the Port Restaurant was simply delicious!
Do recommend! 😊❤️

The room was large and clean, with an inviting view from the 18th floor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for restful nights. The bathroom offered a convenient layout, featuring a spacious tub perfect for two and a nice magnifying mirror. Minor damages were noted in furnishings, like chipped drawers. The shower had several issues, including an open drain and no seat, leading to water on the bathroom floor. Although the location and ambiance were appealing, the room desperately needs updating. While parking was covered, the absence of housekeeping during our three-night stay was unexpected.

I felt like a queen at the elegant wine bar with divine charcuterie boards. Customizing my burger at the restaurant was a blast. The Three Card Poker was a rollercoaster of adrenaline!
Oh, what a delight, trying to sleep with all those lovely people trying to get into my room! .

Played all our favorite games, like Texas Hold'em and multi, denominational slots. Rocked out to free gigs by local bands , totally awesome! The friendly staff even introduced us to a new game , so rad!
Wish there were more late, night party options for us young crowd , maybe a cool nightclub within the complex.

So, let's start with the positives - the heating in the room was spot on, which was great considering how chilly it was outside. The bed was super cozy and the room felt really clean. The valet service was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather. Now, onto the areas that could use some improvement. there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a bit disappointing as I usually like to start my mornings with a hot cup of coffee. the air conditioning seemed a bit outdated and not very effective, especially on warmer days. I had a decent stay at Horseshoe Bossier, but I do think some updates to the room amenities would make a big difference in enhancing the overall experience.

we had a wonderful visit at horseshoe bossier casino & hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and professional. from the time we checked in at the front desk to the create service and delicious food at the different restaurants - we ate at all of them. no need to leave the hotel until it was time to return home. stayed for 3 days and hadn't seen the sun for those 3 days. thank you for making my birthday trip so special. booked another room for next month.
Nothing at all 😊
